First Time Homebuyer I was not even sure that I was ready to buy a house. I contacted Kim, and she talked to me about what to do in the first steps. Simply the best This was our 2nd time working with Kim. When we were ready to buy our 3rd home, I didn’t even consider other agents. I immediately called Kim because I knew she would know exactly what we needed and how to get us there. We had such a great experience working with her on our previous house that we always said, “If we ever move again, we are calling Kim.” This time we had no idea where we were moving and we were moving during a difficult time in our lives and in a time crunch. We just knew it had to be somewhere in the Charlotte area. We looked at almost 25 houses all across the area and exhausted ourselves but eventually we found the perfect one. Kim made our home buying experience so easy!! We were first time home buyers and before we even started looking, we met so she could explain the whole process to us and get to know us more.
